to muzairnawaz:

1. first you should already have CWM recovery 6.0.4.5 in your phone.
2. download the CM rom and flash it with CWM recovery 6.0.4.5.
   (if your phone OS version is 4.1.2, maybe you need do the wipe&format processes
    from CWM recovery 6.0.4.5 first)
3. after flashed the CM rom into your phone, don't restart your phone, just flashed this kernel
    into your phone.  
4. After flashed the kernel file, restart your phone and enjoy it!
