4.4可以通过修改build.prop来实现本地化，即去拨号面板韩文，去拨号地区选择，T9拨号，中文运营商，中国农历。这个很多人已经知道了，别喷我，我只是来骗回复的，给不知道的人=。=
RE管理器编辑build.prop，找到下面对应修改：

ro.build.target_operator=LGU(K／S这里LGU可能是其他) ==》ro.build.target_operator=OPEN (这项自己看着办吧，和通话设置一些项有关，但是改了设置-网络-绑定&网络-移动网络会FC)
ro.build.target_country=KR ==》 ro.build.target_country=CN
