CM 13 cannot flash GApps?

I can't do this. After flashing, I can't go to ROM. It pushs a popup which something has stop working. I must re-flash CM ROM to use. What can I do to use GApps? I have all my contact and many apps on Play Store :(

但是既然是体验版有BUG正常的啦，
而且作者都说了不能做日常使用的，玩玩就好了

The ROMer said the CM13 is not for daily usage,because there are still many bugs,maybe your problem is one of them,so,please flash other ROMs
