What version (4.4.2 or 5.0) your device running now?
Installation of this rom is easy against the others. Just flashed it over any rooted 4.4.2 rom should be fine. You have to wait for 3-5 min for the first boot.
If you want to try again, do let me know (including your current rom's version) and I will let you have a recovery apk of which coming from the same guy who create this rom.
