I have naver encountered such a situation,but i think this problem is caused by CSC files ,In my rom, CSC files is tailored for Chinese users, so, i suggest that you replace the CSC file which is tailored for Vietnamese users

the ces file :    /system/csc(under this directory)

yes, i know your rom tailored for Chinese users, i'll try replace csc
